Good Morning Splodgers,
How are we all today? Well I hope we have nicer weather today than yesterday.
Tom is still busy prepping for the next shows and yes I am biased but the masks that I have seen are beautiful, something for everyone!
Hello to our new followers :-) I don't know how to do blog candy yet as I am still using baby brain as an excuse so as soon as I work it out I think we will be doing it.
Well, today I am excited to introduce to Alan. Alan is the first male member of the Design Team and we are proud to have him. Alan is amazing at altered art so make sure you check back.

My name is Alan and l have been crafting one way or another all my life. Right from when my Mum taught me to knit at a very early age. Even at school Art was the subject was the subject l always looked forward to, and was lucky enough to have teachers who encouraged me. I have also been lucky enough to be a Youth Worker specialising in ‘Using Art as a tool to enable young people’, Teach 3 Dimensional Art in the community. The turn of 200 enabled me to seek out education and l was abled to obtain 2 BA[hons] degree’s 1 in Design and the other in Textile Surface Design. My aim is to bring together what l have been lucky enough to learn into one style. Now then what is my ‘Style’ last year my crafting was in a great big rut. One where l questioned why did l have all this equipment and why did l have this pile of 12 x 12 inch card/paper stock. Then l went to a show in Kettering and l say some Altered Art projects. A Light was switched on and l have found my route by to crafting. Tom and Susan have allowed me to continue in this style and have embraced the fact that we don't all use SplodgeAway Masks for the same reason, for that l thank them and l look forward into bringing my slant onto things using SplodgeAway Products. A NEW Journey has begun!
