Maria Simms on Create and Craft

On the 4th January Tom was accompanied by Maria Simms to demonstrate the new masks on the Create and Craft SplodgeAway Show. Today we will show you Maria's projects..they are beautiful.

My photographs do not give these cards any justice or definition!! Maria made this card on her first demonstration using the 8"x8" Star the Lot Mask and Happy Birthday Border. Maria demonstrated with this card that you don't have to ink with these masks, Maria embossed the masks and used the star mask again to cut some starts and make them the focal point of the aperture.

This card makes a perfect male card.

Maria used the 6"x6" Cogify Mask to make a border around the card and inked over the 12" Vintage Car Border Mask for the focal point of the card. The sentiment topper was made using part of the 8"x8" Dotty layout mask. Thank you to Maria for these lovely demonstrations.

Just a quick reminder that the SplodgeAway Challenge is still running, just upload your craft project using a SplodgeAway product and you could win some brilliant SplodgeAway goodies. This months theme is 'New Beginnings' and you have until the 27th of January.

Happy Splodging
:-)

  1. I particularly love the card with the cars on. I have used that shape card in the past and it lends itself perfectly to Toms border masks. Lovely Maria.x
