Basque & Blend by Sue Jimson

This is my project for the theme Splodge And Blend and of course with the SplodgeAway mat and masks you will have no trouble at all blending inks together.

Ingredients

8x8 Card stock
Easy Ink Card
Piece of Co-ordinations Card
Clarity Corset/Script Stamp
Liquid Pearls
Tim Holtz Distress Inks
Glossy Accents
Glitter
Creative Expressions Round Dazzle
Piece of Ribbon

Recipe
I blended several distress inks over my card stock which shows straight away how easy it is to blend with the mat. You can use whatever colours you choose, I used Worn Lipstick,Broken China, Wild Honey, Milled Lavender. I then ran a piece of Easy Ink card through my calibur and embossed an everyday SplodgeAway mask. I then blended more distress inks over this card Dusty Concord, Pickled Raspberry. I then tore some co-ordinations card and rubbed it with a sanding block. I then cut a smaller piece of easy ink card and inked my stamp. I then used my mat and with the pickled raspberry distress ink and painted the corset. I added some glossy accents and sprinkled some glitter over it before it dried. I attached all my layers together using some pinflair glue to raise them all to give some dimension. I then added my liquid pearls to the main card stock and the stamped image. Attached some white organza ribbon and a dazzler. Hope you like it TFL huggles xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
