If you see something new in a magazine or tv and you think you would be interest in it you can guarantee it is already on the Suzicraft stock order. This along with the fact that we have available SplodgeAway products as they come hot off the press - I felt I was given the opportunity to have a good old play in my craft room. So thats exactly what I did.
I had picked up some gorgeous shaped cards that almost looked like very large tags in lovely colours and very good quality card stock which gave me the idea of doing a mini memories journal. I did some computer scrapbooking with my Serif package printed it off then concentrated on one surface of the 8 sided book one side at a time. I wanted each surface to look completely different to the other but with a few pages tying it all together with a hint of a theme, i.e. the big thing on everyones mind this year is being proud to be British. Which to me includes the Forces as during my service that was the most proud I have ever been to be British.
I used papers, card, stamps, inks, glossy accents, spray and shine, liquid pearls, my splodgeaway mat and Sues beautiful new flowers along with masks and dies. I really enjoyed making this journal and could have added a lot more pages.
Hope you like it. Why not have ago yourself, start just with one page and see where it takes you.

Hi Sam, Love it! Very British. Reminds me that I should be having a play with my serif software & mixing printouts with my paper crafting products.
