Rae's Create and Craft Samples

Hello Splodgy Splodgers,

I hope you have enjoyed looking at the cards and been given some inspiration to try some masks for yourself. Rae has done an amazing job as always with the masks and all done within 2 days!!

Without further ado.....Rae's cards.....

Rae has made this elegant Christening card using the SplodgeAway wording 'Christening'. Rae has also used the cross from the Gothic Alter Layout. Isn't it beautiful!!!

Rae has produced a beautiful 'Congratulations' card by embossing the SplodgeAway Wording. I also think the heat embossed swirls are stunning.

WOW WOW WOW...how majestic is this card? Rae has done an excellent job of the Fantasy Unicorn StenSkape.

A close up of the unicorn card.

Rae has used the Gothic Alter Layout alongside a stamped image to create this stunning card. The colours are beautiful.

Have you enjoyed looking through Rae's cards? Well tomorrow you are in for another treat, we are dedicating a day to Rae's bunting she made for the show. Sadly, the bunting was missed out of the box of samples so wasn't taken to Create and Craft and believe me it is worth waiting for, so check back tomorrow......

Sam's Create and Craft Samples

Hi Everybody,

I hope you are all having a lovely week and enjoying the samples we are showcasing this week....

To continue with our week we have Sam's wonderful creations....Sam is known for her dimensional, inky, painty designs so you are in for a treat today...

Sam has created this amazing tag and the colours are so vivid. Sam has used the SplodgeAway Flower Creator to create the flowers on the tag.

Sam has created another stunning vivid card using the Flower Creator, Sam has used the creator as a mask then cut it out and added some dimension. Sam has an eye for picking up jewerelly to add to her cards and this one is no exception..

I was amazed when I picked up this card to photo and it was Sams. Not that she isn't capable but the fact its all girly and florally and Sam is usually inky and grungy!! Isn't it beautiful, I love it and it even has Sams signature jewerelly piece! Sam has used the Floral Layout Mask and Wording.

A close up of the stunning card, can you see the glitter?

Now this is more like Sam....the picture does not give this project any justice, it is so tactile using lots of different mediums. This card has been produced using the Gothic Alter and Gothic Fairy StenSkape.

Thank you Sam for some stunning and inspirational projects.

Next week on the blog we are having a StenSkape week so if you have used a SplodgeAway StenSkape on your work ad would like a chance to have it showcased on the blog please email me your name, blog address, photo and a little bit about what you like about  using the masks to susan@suzicraft.com

Kay's Create and Craft Creations

Hello Everyone,

As I write this the sun is shining and hopefully all of the white stuff has gone until Christmas Time. As you may of guessed I am  scheduling the blog posts in advance this week incase the SplodgeAway baby decides to make an entrance but I'm pretty sure she won't. If she doesn't we are blaming Kay who is showcasing her cards today. She thinks she will be born on the 7th February, this is Kays birthday and she will heading to Paris to celebrate her 65th Birthday. I am very jealous! Not of the age but her trip....

So here we are... Kay's amazing creations, these will definately brighten your day up.....

Kay has used the SplodgeAway Flower Creator to produce this stunning floral wreath. Kay has also used the SplodgeAway Nouveau Framer Mask....love this card!

The next couple of cards show how Kay has incorporated the Flower Creator Masks in a variety of ways, inking, spraying, embossing, stencilling and much more...

Kay has comined the Gothic Alter Layout with the Gothic Fairy StenSkape. The wonderful colour combination just finishes this card off nicely.

Kay has embossed the Floral Layout and SplodgeAway Wording then blended with the SplodgeAway Mat...isn't is beautiful????

Kay has used the Gothic Alter Layout and shown its versatility by using it as a wedding alter.

Thank you Kay for your amazing samples and hard work..

Check Back Tonight at 6pm to find out the winner of the January Challenge

Don't forget to check back tomorrow for Sam's amazing creations. And don't forget to check back Saturday for the start of the February SplodgeAway Challenge.

Sue's Card Samples

Hello Everybody,

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend and the snow hasn't caused much distruption. If it has hopefully these cards will brighten your day :-)
Today we are showcasing Sue's projects from the Create and Craft Show last week.

Enjoy....

Sue has used the Flower Creator to create this beautiful card with some amazing blending.

The SplodgeAway Wording has proved to be a very popular mask with the DT team. Sue has used the 'On Your Christening' wording to produce a stunning elegant card. (Sorry about the lighting)

I love this card, the colours are my favourite and it is just so girly. Sue has demonstrated that the Flower Creator can be used in several ways..inking, stenciling and making backgrounds.

Again Sue has produced this stunning frame and picture using the SplodgeAway FlowerCreator. Absolutely beautiful!!

Thank you Sue for your hard work once again, you never fail.

Check back tomorrow to see Kay's samples and the winner of the January Competition,

Happy Splodging

Jayne's DT Cards for Create and Craft

Thank you Jayne.

Today we are showcasing the cards that Jayne designed for the show. You will agree with me when I say what a great job Jayne has made of the cards. You must of been like a machine to get all those cards finished.

I have to admit out of Jaynes card this show this is my favourite. I love the style of the card and I love that green! Jayne has used the SplodgeAway wording to emboss Christening on the card and then splodged the writing and edge of the stamped images. Beautiful.

Another lovely card with amazing blending from Jayne and the SplodgeAway Mat. Jayne has used the SplodgeAway wording again alongside the 6"x6" Fancy Lattice Mask from the last show.

Jayne has designed an easel card for this card using the SplodgeAway Wording. In the top right corner Jayne has stencilled the Flower Creator onto patterned paper and then cut it out to produce the fab flower.

Jayne has used the 8"x8" Vine Layout Mask to create these beautiful card.

Lovely blue tones on the Fantasy Unicorn StenSkape to produce this amazing easel card. Absolutely gorgeous Jayne.

Going for the Vintage Theme Jayne has used the SplodgeAway Wording. The wording is so versatile!

Jayne has used the Flower Creator to ink the flowers to make a beautiful feminine background.

I love the use of the SplodgeAway Floral Layout Mask to make another great girl card.

Last but not least the card that everybody is talking about......'On Your Divorce' wording from SplodgeAway'.

Once again, great cards Jayne :-)

If you have made any craft projects using the SPlodgeAway Mat or Masks why not email me a photo to susan@suzicraft.com and your cards could featured on the blog.

Create and Craft - 24th January

WOW....more masks

First of all a great big thank you to all of the SplodgeAway customers for their continued support in our company. You are greatly appreciated and we are loving the pictures you are sending us of your creations.

Secondly, THANK YOU to all of the SplodgeAway Design Team. I think it is safe to say we have the best team in the world!!! So for the next few days we are going to be showcasing the fabulous work that was seen on Create and Craft.

To start us off we have the newest addition of the team, Hazel, our very own 'dragon'. If you check  back later in the week we will be able to find out more about our dragon.

Hazel made this amazing gothic card using the SplodgeAway Gothic StenSkape, Gothic Alter and Vine Layout. This photo just doesn't do the card any justice it is stunning in real life.

Another amazing card using the SplodgeAway Fantasy Unicorn Layout, Floral Layout and SplodgeAway Mat. This card is so vibrant!

A lovely feminine card using the Flower Creator and SplodgeAway wording, all beautifully splodged! Hazel has demonstrated the versatilty of the creator mask as she has stencilled the flowers then cut them out and also inked straight onto the card.

This card has been embossed with the Vine Layout, wording and core-d'nations. The core card works really well with the SplodgeAway masks.

Love this card...shows how a simple mask can finish off a card nicely. Hazel has ran the Vine Layout through the Calibur with Core-d'nations card.

Again this card demonstrates the versatility of the SplodgeAway Masks. This is the Floral Layout Mask.

A lovely DL card all Splodged with the SplodgeAway Mat, Flower created with the Flower Creator 4 and wording embossed from the SplodgeAway wording.

Well can you all tell why we are very excited to have Hazel joining us on the team? Isn't she amazing? Hazel had 2 days to make these cards for the show aswell as run her business which if you are from the Rugby area you must call in and see. Hazel runs Dragon Paper Crafts and also stocks the SplodgeAway Range.

Thank you Hazel!

Just a quick note before I leave you, SplodgeAway will be standing at the Sheffield Ross Paper Craft Show this Sunday (27th January) All of the latest masks will be there alongside all the others and Tom will be doing demonstrations.
